By creating a Nolara account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Nolara is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It stores the medication schedule you enter, reminds you at the times you set, keeps a record of what you marked as taken, and shows that record to a caregiver you have invited.
It is not a medical device and not an emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, interpret readings, advise on doses, or check drug interactions. It is not a substitute for a doctor, a pharmacist, or a nurse. Never start, stop or change a medicine because of anything you see in this app.
If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. Nolara will not summon help, and no message sent through it should be relied on to reach anyone urgently.
Reminders are scheduled on your own phone. Phones restart, run out of battery, get silenced, and — on many Android devices — aggressively shut down background alarms to save power. A reminder may not arrive. Do not rely on Nolara as the only thing standing between you and a missed dose, particularly for medication where missing one matters.
A caregiver only gains access when you invite them and they accept. They can see your medication schedule and adherence; they cannot prescribe, add or change your medicines. You can remove a caregiver whenever you like, and their access ends at that moment.
If you are a caregiver: what you can see belongs to the person who invited you. Use it to help them and nothing else.
Nolara is offered as it is. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and it is still in development, so features may change or be removed. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nolara is not liable for harm arising from a missed, late or unreceived reminder, from data you entered incorrectly, or from any decision you made about your health while using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Where that is so, the exclusions above apply only as far as permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
You can delete your account at any time — see deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
If these terms change, the date at the top moves and material changes are shown in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Nolara after that means you accept them.
