You can do this yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone. If you have already uninstalled it, email us and we will do it for you.
DELETE, and enter your password if your account has one.It happens straight away.
Write to support@nolara.app from the address your account uses, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done. Requests from a different address cannot be actioned — otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account.
This cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no backup we can restore you from. If you want to keep a record of your medication history, take it out of the app first.
If you are a caregiver and recorded something on a patient's chart — a note, a vital — that entry remains on their record after your account is gone. It is their health record, not yours, and removing it would be deleting their data rather than your own. Nothing identifying you stays attached to it.
